MICHAELLA TUCKER - PRESIDENT
Michaella, after graduating from Brown University, achieved her dream in becoming a professional soccer player prior to entering the construction industry. Michaella's background in the construction industry includes diverse projects including public and private sectors; commercial and residential; new construction and renovation; negotiated, lump sum, cost plus, and GMP with contract values ranging from $50K to over $50M. She has in-depth experience in coordinating and completing ambitious projects on-time and within budget.
RODNEY TUCKER - CHIEF STRATEGIC OFFICER
Rodney entered the construction industry as a laborer with a national homebuilder after his enlistment in the US Marine Corps and serving as in in-charge accountant with a public accounting firm specializing in construction. Rodney worked his way up over the years from field laborer to Division Vice President with one of the largest public homebuilders. Rodney has extensive experience in project planning including but not limited to land take down from property selection through due diligence and closing. He has represented owners and developers at public meetings and municipal meetings with varying boards and commissions across the country. Rodney also has extensive field experience including rough carpentry, structural steel, concrete, and site development.
